The Access Center’s Fall Semester 2020 plan is to continue remotely and continue to provide exceptional service.  The Access Center can be reached in the following ways:

Office of Admissions

The Office of Admissions will not host visitors (prospective students/families) or events on campus for the Fall 2020 Semester.  This pause in visitors applies to Daily Information Sessions (both freshmen and transfer), campus tours, and all on-campus events (like Explore CSU and Choose CSU.)

In place of campus visits the Admissions team will continue to support prospective students and their families Services will include:

    • Webinars – combined Freshmen and Transfer Info Sessions, Virtual Campus Tours, special presentations (like the Weekly Webinar Series.)
    • Virtual Visit Programs (large visit programs)
    • Online High School Visits and College Fairs
    • Phone Appointments
    • Video Appointments
    • Online chat

Office of Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid’s Fall Semester 2020 plan is to continue remotely and continue to provide exceptional customer service.  The Office of Financial Aid can be reached in the following ways:

  • Phone Queue:  The OFA phone queue is currently open and will continue to be open for callers between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM.  Callers who enter the queue prior to 4:00PM will continue to be worked until the queue is empty.
  • Email:  Through September 11th, expanded staff time dedicated to email response is provided with the goal to maintain a <5 business day response time.  Automatic replies detail current response times to customers and provide directory information for self-service.  Staff will monitor inbox to address urgent needs or concerns.
  • Face-to-Face (Virtual) Counseling:  The OFA homepage will be updated regularly directing customers for how to access services.  Zoom-based meetings will take place, on a “walk-in” basis for customers to meet with Financial Aid Counselors.
    • Visitors may enter the Zoom Lobby between 9:00AM – 11:00AM and from 2:00PM-4:00PM.
    • Individuals without access to smartphone/computer will be able to call for one on one support.
  • Form Submission: Students can securely upload their documentation, electronically, from the OFA homepage.  Mail and fax are also options for financial aid forms.
  • Scholarship Check Submission:  Information on how to submit scholarship checks is located directly on the OFA homepage.

Office of the Registrar

The Office the Registrar’s Fall Semester 2020 plan is to continue remotely and continue to provide exceptional customer service.  The Office of the Registrar can be reached in the following ways:

  • Phone Queue: The phone queue is currently open between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM Monday-Friday.
  • Live Chat: Available on all individual RO website pages as well as RAMweb.
  • Email: Contacting us via phone/live chat will provide the customer with faster service. However, you may also reach out to us via email. We are generally able to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Form drop off: Most common forms can be uploaded via the website. In addition, forms may be dropped off in person at the secure drop box located near the front doors of Centennial Hall.
  • One-on-One consultation will be available by drop-in requests via a zoom meeting.
    • Individuals without access to smartphone/computer will be able to call for one on one support.
  • The Veterans Education Benefits team will have remote physical presence within the ALVS office (LSC) on Mondays from 10:00AM-2:00PM. The VEBO team will also participate in open Zoom meetings that ALVS will host on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00AM-12:00PM. Click here for more information https://alvs.colostate.edu/.
  • Returned diploma pick-up: Degree staff will schedule time blocks throughout the week for curbside pickup. Students will need to call to notify degree team when they arrive. ID will be verified through glass, social distance hand off will be coordinated. Time blocks will be published on RO website.
