About Us
The Division of Enrollment and Access, established in 2006, encompasses the Office of Admissions, Office of Financial Aid, The Hub for Student Services, Orientation and Transition Programs, and the Office of the Registrar—bringing together more than 170 dedicated staff members. Known for delivering exceptional results, the Division has earned a strong campus reputation for excellence in student enrollment, customer service, and support for faculty, staff, and alumni. We also plays a critical role as a campus partner in advancing student success initiatives.
MISSION
The Division of Enrollment & Access is committed to excellence and setting the standard in meeting the undergraduate access, enrollment and completion goals of Colorado State University.
We succeed at our mission by engaging, recruiting, enrolling, supporting and graduating students. Our staff is passionate about and focused on helping learners attain their educational goals.
PURPOSE
Our units have the following respective purpose and charge:
- Office of Admissions: to recruit, evaluate and admit undergraduate students
- Office of Financial Aid: to remove financial barriers to an education at CSU
- Orientation, Transition and Family Programs: to support students and families through transitions by fostering connection and belonging
- Registrar’s Office: to support students as they pursue their path to graduation
- The Hub for Student Services: to provide integrated student support for every CSU learner
